泰林科技無預警裁員 員工抗議

泰林科技今年2月底3月初無預警解雇近30名高齡、高年資、高薪員工，遭解雇員工自組自救會，上月開始到勞動部、新竹縣政府、泰林科技公司陳情抗議，盼能恢復原職原薪，呼籲在職員工應自組工會，今天一早趁夜間員工下班時，到竹北廠前舉牌呼籲，10 時到行政院陳抗。

曾在泰林科技擔任組長的張姓員工指出，2月21日當天，公司召集28 位員工，當場宣布裁員，還盯著他們收拾東西走人，她在公司服務17 年，公司卻用17分鐘就解雇，情理不合。

勞動黨新竹縣議員高偉凱指出，公司現用四個人做五個人的事卻僅付三個人的薪水，也呼籲在職員工應組工會自救。

日前泰林科技與解雇員工協商時，表示原職位已有聘人，恢復原職原薪有難度，但高偉凱說，資方開出條件，不計解雇員工年資，僅給日班薪水2萬4000元、夜班3萬元回聘，令人難以接受。
