網訂機票OK變補位　民眾傻眼

民眾花費9萬餘元在可樂旅遊網站刷卡訂購長榮航空機票，並於長榮官網完成劃位，取得電子機票憑證，但致電長榮確認機位時卻被告知須補位。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，新北市趙小姐說，她計劃安排6月中去美國，瀏覽可樂旅遊官網購票，並線上刷卡付款9萬8696元，購買長榮航空6月20日從台北出發往洛杉磯的3人來回機票，接著根據可樂旅遊官網提供的訂位代碼，在長榮航空官網完成劃位。趙小姐收到可樂旅遊電子郵件給她的訂單確認函，察看訂位狀態顯示OK，為求謹慎，她致電長榮航空客服確認機位，卻被告知，3人的去程機位皆須候補，令她不解。

可樂旅遊北極星國際公司表示，經向長榮了解，疑訂位系統問題，已協助消費者另取得機位重新開票。長榮航空公司表示，經查是委外製作的訂位系統異常所致。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
