【動新聞】大嫂口交妹婿自拍　不算通姦

台中一對郭姓兄妹各自嫁娶後，前年12月郭妹在老公的手機內，驚見大嫂幫她老公口交的自拍照，兄妹倆聯手控告配偶通姦，但因口交不算性器結合，大嫂跟妹婿均獲判無罪，兄妹倆改提民事求償，台中地院昨判大嫂與妹婿須連帶賠償兄妹倆各40萬元。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，郭姓妹妹發現丈夫常半夜講電話、接收手機簡訊的行徑也很怪異，前年12月初，趁機察看丈夫手機，竟意外發現嫂嫂替她丈夫口交的自拍畫面，她氣急敗壞地向哥哥哭訴，兄妹倆憤而分別控告妹婿和嫂嫂通姦。但因口交不算性器結合，大嫂跟妹婿獲判無罪，兄妹倆改提民事求償，台中地院認為，兩人行為已違背夫妻忠貞義務，判大嫂與妹婿要連帶賠償郭家兄妹各40萬元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
