【楊喻斐／台北報導】宏碁（2353）自施振榮回任董事長後，加速公司重整火力，今召開董事會決議，因去年全年大虧205.79億元、每股虧損7.56元，創下該公司史上最差紀錄。
 
由於虧損數字太大，公司為求負責，一級主管將共體時艱、承擔責任，自今年元月起減薪30%，且沒有時間限制，直到宏碁有實際經營績效出現為止！
 
宏碁今天召開董事會，為加速重整，增加提列材料庫存損失等項目13億元，使去年第4季營業淨損躍增至82.18億元，每股稅後虧損2.8元。截至去年第4季底，宏碁每股淨值20.6元。
 
由於宏碁去年第3季已經大虧、第4季又提列庫存，依公司自結去年財報來看，全年營業淨損達113.72億元，稅後鉅額虧損205.79億元，每股稅後大虧7.56元，創下歷史最糟紀錄。全年合併營收為3601.91億元，年減16.2%，
