【短片】央行戰熱錢　鄭貞茂：應採行托賓稅

【王立德／台北報導】金融研訓院院長鄭貞茂今日表示，國際熱錢流動迅速，央行可考慮比照歐盟，採用托賓稅來管控熱錢，並透過擴大資本市場，來平穩匯率的波動。

托賓稅是為了緩解熱錢迅速流動而產生的稅制，日前也傳出中國人民銀行有意採行，由於央行向來對熱錢深惡痛絕，鄭貞茂建議央行可採行托賓稅。

鄭貞茂也建議，隨全球景氣回溫，各企業可多增加投資，來促進經濟活動，及降低投機性金融行為的發生。
