蔡英文：盼朱立倫參與國是會議

民進黨主席蔡英文今天表示，政黨競爭固然是常態，但面對台灣當前的諸多困境，朝野政黨與各界間的共識與合作，也是民眾的期待。她指出，甫當選國民黨主席的朱立倫於參選期間，提出自己的憲改主張，有異於過去國民黨領導人迴避憲改的態度，此為社會所樂見。憲政議題需要國人高度的共識，期待朱主席也能夠參與未來的「國是會議」，與各界共同為優化民主而努力。

蔡英文說，「憲政時刻」已經來臨，凝聚共識的憲政討論必須很快開始進行。修憲並非一人一黨之事，兩黨若能捐棄成見，與社會各界共同努力，完成過去憲改的未竟之業，必為國人所樂見。
