【晴雨娃】明天回溫　後天會下雨

今天好冷，明天會好一點。天氣風險開發公司指出，明天冷空氣稍減弱，清晨中部以北空曠地區還可能有10、11℃左右低溫，白天北部約19℃，中、南部23、24℃。然而中、南部明天大氣擴散不良、空氣品質差，當地民眾出門時戴個口罩會比較好。

下周一、二米克拉颱風的外圍水汽移入台灣上空，天氣風險預測東半部有雨，中、南部山區及北部地區也有些局部雨。雖然各地氣溫回升2、3℃，白天還算舒適，但日夜溫差大。周三鋒面通過後，台灣天氣才會轉趨穩定。提醒米克拉颱風會為菲律賓中、北部帶來強烈風雨，下周一前要前往菲國的民眾務必注意颱風的影響。（蔡永彬、許敏溶／台北報導）
