父病倒急赴醫院　女大生偷雨衣被送辦

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北1名大二女學生(20歲)平日在西門町打工，上月20日晚上8時接到母親電話，告知父親生病昏倒送醫，當時又逢大雨，女大生情急下抓機車上的雨衣，趕赴醫院，事後雖願賠償雨衣，但仍得依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，警方調查，當天賴姓男子(20歲)打工下班後，披在機車上、價值約1千元的雨衣不翼而飛，他一周內失竊2件雨衣，氣得報案。警方據車牌確認竊嫌身分，前天到許女住處逮人，她向警求情「我真的不是故意的」，也從皮包掏錢說要賠償失主，因竊盜罪非告訴乃論，她仍被帶回派出所送辦。
