2度性侵「1日女友」　男僅罰勞務

【胡治言／綜合報導】1名女大生遭新竹男子徐明煒（25歲）逼當1日女友，還恐嚇：「如果不當我1天女朋友，我就報復傷害妳身邊的人。」讓女生大心生畏懼，2度被男子性侵得逞。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，女大學生被性侵後不堪其擾，向同學及姊姊哭訴才報警處理。法院審理時，徐嫌坦承犯行、認錯致歉，女大生也向法官表明：「如果他不再騷擾，則不追究，同意給他緩刑自新機會。」新竹地院日前依強制性交罪判男子2年有期徒刑、緩刑5年，勞動服務120小時。

婦女新知基金會祕書長、律師林實芳直言：「這不算輕判！」，認為判決目的是讓被害人不再擔心受怕，但建議強制男子上兩性課程矯治。

嫌犯徐明煒送女學生到新竹火車站搭車時，竟威脅女學生當女友，否則就要傷害女學生和她家人。
