標題[請益] Intel SSD 530接Nvidia晶片主板 速度低落

硬體規格： SSD：Intel 530 120G (聯強代理) CPU：AMD Athlon II X4 640 主機板：M2N68-AM SE2 （只有 SATA II 端口） 顯示卡：Radeon HD 4670 1.昨天把剛拿到的SSD進行4K對齊、格式化並且安裝32位元Win7(企業版)，接著 2.打開 AHCI 3.更新 SlimDrivers 偵測到的晶片驅動 4.更換 SATA 3 排線 5.使用 Intel SSD Toolbox 優化 以上步驟皆進行AS SSD測試，然而，結果幾乎沒有改變(上下不超過 5 MB/s) 與網路上找到其他人測試 SATA II 端口的結果差很多： http://i.imgur.com/e4aROeV.png

（自己第5步驟後的測試結果） 這兩天持續在網站上尋找改善速度的方法， 直到今晚看到有人問 "Intel SSD 接上 同一款主機板" 的文章 其 AS SSD 測試結果竟然如此接近： 他的測試結果： http://i.imgur.com/ekQ5Lg1.png
