【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭市公所今年最後一場公園藝文節系列活動「大揮毫-103祝福‧希望」，今天上午在中山公園展開，請來由張太白老師領軍的51名書法家現場揮毫，每人寫2句、4個字的吉祥話，加上張太白3句吉祥話，湊成103句吉祥話，象徵迎接民國103年的到來，及傳達對民國103年幸運的期盼。
