買二手iphone 5

今天面交買了一隻iphone 5
因為是下午才談定所以晚上面交
對方說太忙所以忘記重設
然後我檢查也沒發現任何問題
就這樣一手交錢一手交貨
回到家之後要重設 我就跟對方要了帳號密碼要重設
結果不能重設
後來打電話給他她似乎關機
之後我就把他重置了(莫名其妙就不用輸入就可以重置)
後來重置之後 要重啟 需要SIM卡
我就馬上去把原本在用的手機的卡停掉
換成nanoSIM卡
但後來又說要啟用iphone需要輸入綁定的帳密
賣方後來聯絡的上了
但他說那不是他的帳號
後來才知道他也是買二手手機
所以我是第三手 那個帳號可能是第一手的人的帳密
賣方說他試試看能不能聯絡上第一手的人
但他買一年多了....

請問有辦法直接把綁定的帳號刪除嗎?
