寒流挾污染物 空氣品質不良

昨天入夜起寒流南下，境外污染物伴隨而來，行政院環保署指出，今天起至29日空氣品質堪慮，敏感族群和老人、小孩，避免在戶外從事劇烈運動。

根據中央氣象局資料，昨天入夜寒流南下，伴隨而來的不只是冷空氣，也將中國大陸的空氣污染帶來台灣。今天降雨趨緩，全台空氣品質便會受到影響，尤其細懸浮微粒（PM2.5）濃度逐漸上升，目前全台大部分地區空氣污染指標（PSI）都已達到「不良」級。

環保署建議呼吸系統較敏感者，以及老人、小孩、抵抗力較差的民眾，盡量避免外出，尤其不要在戶外從事劇烈運動。

另外，空氣污染加上地表風速增強，空曠地區會有「揚塵」現象，包括雲嘉南、台東地區尤其需要注意。

環保署表示，如果氣象條件變化不大，空氣品質較差的狀況可能持續2至3天，民眾可密切注意環保署「空氣品質監測網」中的空氣品質預報。
