【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名陳姓男子(18歲)今年7月間因失業，騎著腳踏車在樹林區一帶閒晃解悶，見1名13歲少女獨行便尾隨回家，佯住戶進電梯後，持刀要脅親吻胸部及手指性侵2次得逞。新北地院昨依加重強制性交罪判8年10個月徒刑，可上訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，陳男持美工刀抵住她，另一手摀住嘴巴，喝令不准出聲。強行親吻少女胸部，以手指性侵得逞2次，過程中，少女左手掌、手背遭劃傷。法院審理時，陳男坦承犯行，也向被害者母親鞠躬致歉。
