【李姿慧／台北報導】中華電董座由台積電固態照明及太陽能董事長蔡力行空降接任，引發中華電工會不滿，交通部長葉匡時今在交通委員會表示，中華電信工會應舉雙手雙腳贊成，他是世界級CEO，是少數具有國際企業經營人才，中華電信員工應高興有這個卓越的領導人才。
