焦點股～合併在即　旭曜滿臉紅

F-敦泰（5280）和旭曜（3545）明年1/2將正式合併，F-敦泰12月19日為最後交易日，12月22日停止買賣，明年1月2日終止上市，旭曜為存續公司。依兩公司股東會決議通過，每1股F-敦泰普通股將換發4.8股旭曜增資發行普通股股票。市場預期旭曜具備溢價題材，旭曜股價一度來到36.45元漲停價位，盤中漲幅逾6%，而外資近10個交易日買超也達1898張。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
