法部長批網路言論脫序 集體罷凌

總統府月會上午安排法務部長羅瑩雪專案報告民主法治與言論自由，他在結論中批評網路言論失控會成為破壞法治的犯罪天堂；國民欠缺民主素養，是民主社會的危機。

他在報告中提到國內現況與問題，指出言論自由漫無節制，不實報導頻傳；社會運動團體為博取媒體鏡頭，手法日益激烈；還表示網路言論脫序，集體罷凌屢見不鮮。
