租約未到期房東想賣房問題

房東跟我約說有人要來看房子,原本以為是房東自己帶人來看,結果是房仲帶人來看屋,看來房東已經跟房仲簽約賣房,房仲原本想在租屋處室內拍照,可是我拒絕了,因為我租約還沒到,租約到明年四月份,這幾天也有些仲介來按門鈴說要找房東談合作,這已經很困擾我了,我也向房東反應表示租約沒到期前不再讓人進屋看房,最近房東又請我拍屋內的一些照片,真的很煩,請問各位大哥大姐,如果租約未到期,站在房屋租賃合約上對於承租方權益是什麼?
