南韓維和部隊接受日本彈藥支援惹議

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】南韓向南蘇丹派遣的維和部隊日前接受日本陸上自衛隊的彈藥支援，引發各界爭議。有媒體分析這為日本增強軍備和解禁集體自衛權提供藉口。但南韓外交部認為，這次請求彈藥支援只是為了確保南韓部隊的安全，希望外界不要過度詮釋。

南韓國防部發言人金珉奭說，此次獲得彈藥支援是為了確保南韓維和部隊（即韓光部隊）的安全，彈藥是由聯合國南蘇丹共和國特派團（UNMISS）進行分配。韓方部隊向UNMISS提出申請後，UNMISS將來自美國和日本方面的彈藥分配給了韓光部隊。

由於日本爭取解禁集體自衛權，其中一個理由就是可在協助聯合國維和活動時向友邦提供幫助，外界質疑南韓是否給了日本爭取解禁的機會，因此認為南韓不應接受日本自衛隊提供的彈藥。
