南港輪胎名譽董事長林學圃　假釋獲准

【胡守得／台北報導】南港輪胎名譽董事長林學圃（65歲），2000年8月，以人頭戶炒作自家南港公司等3家股票，違約交割金額高達3億7000餘萬元，去年8月被最高法院判刑2年定讞，同年9月發監台北監獄執行，服刑逾6成，上月由北監提報假釋，矯正署核准，近日可望出監。
 
林學圃所屬國豐集團，2000年因營運狀況不佳，擬請求債權銀行降低債務利息，勿將質借股票斷頭，使集團有轉圜空間，林學圃於同年8月以林維雄、林勝正帳戶大量買入股票，拉抬南港公司等3家公司股價，進而違約交割，高達3億7000餘萬元，造成7家證券公司及投資大眾受損嚴重。
 
全案纏訟10餘年，去年8月最高法院駁回林學圃上訴定讞，判林學圃應執行徒刑2年，同年9月發監北監執行迄今，在監表現良好，未有違規紀錄，獲提報假釋准許。
