柯文哲當選管碧玲「熱血」兌現承諾

無黨籍台大醫師柯文哲當選台北市長，民進黨立委管碧玲今天下午兌現選前承諾前往捐血，還自嘲說，網友說這是「史上最弱祭品文」，但她是誠意十足，用「熱血」表達謝意，「是『禮輕情意重』啦！」

管碧玲10月10日在臉書po文承諾：「我認為柯文哲會當選，如果成真，我願意為台北市民捐一次血，用熱血表達對他們的敬意！」管碧玲今天說，當時柯文哲的贏面還不明朗，為了鼓舞士氣，她才會po文，今天下午則是「熱血兌現」。
