1600萬白編　租屋平台功效差

【李定宇╱新北報導】新北市為使中低收入戶家庭能順利租屋，以內政部營建署補助的一千六百萬餘元成立租屋平台，由四家民間業者協助媒介房東，預計一年內協助三百二十件中低收入家庭有房可住，但平台啟用一個月來，網站內卻僅有三處房屋待租，媒合率更是零。議員昨痛批：「補助根本白編了！」認為直接發放租屋補助才有意義。

共一千六百餘萬元的中低收入戶租屋平台的預算中，包括業者媒合補助、營運費、房東修繕補助、租金代墊等費用，以期房東更願意將房屋租給弱勢民眾。新北市使用補貼找來民間業者崔媽媽基金會、勵馨基金會、永鉅資產管理及國際移動線等媒合房東出租房屋。
