紀委會決議藍擬翻案 柯建銘：尊重

立法院紀律委員會上周決議民進黨總召柯建銘關說案不成立，國民黨團決定「翻案」，將在周五的院會提重新交付紀律委員會審查。柯建銘說，「要翻案盡管翻案，就尊重他們吧。」

柯建銘認為，國民黨委員應解釋當天為何不來開會，不開會卻說人家是「偷襲」，這是不負責任的行為。國民黨對結果不滿意要翻案，他是當事人，不表示意見，尊重對方，但他也指出，「紀律委員會不是（國民黨政策會執行長）林鴻池開的」，紀委會不來，「他們自己國民黨委員要檢討」。
