歐巴馬：願與共和黨討論健保，但不接受威脅

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬在政府關門第8天、距離觸及債務上限還有201小時之際，在白宮召開記者會釋出願意協商「任何問題」的善意。但他也強調，威脅不是協商、單方面強調對方必須照單全收更非協商，呼籲共和黨先讓政府恢復運作。

歐巴馬在當地時間8日下午2時15分召開記者會，稱他剛和共和黨的眾院議長貝納通過電話，表達自己願意協商，但不接受要脅、也無法接受政府繼續停擺的現況。歐巴馬強調，他願意見任何人、與任何政黨進行談判，甚至願意討論健保改革的支出情況，但沒有辦法接受任何要脅，並警告債務違約將對美國帶來莫大傷害。
