鼓勵認養代替購買　動防處幫米克斯找新家

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市政府動物保護防疫處今天下午在廣三SOGO百貨前廣場舉辦「親愛的，我愛上台米（台中米克斯）」活動，副市長蔡炳坤出席時指出，一個先進文明的國家，都是用最友善的方式對待動物，目前台中市動物之家收容的800多隻犬貓，近八成都是米克斯（混血狗），他呼籲大家「以認養代替購買」，幫這些忠心的流浪動物找新家。
 
市府今天也邀請同樣是流浪動物志工、榮獲第24屆金曲獎最佳臺語女演唱人的李婭莎擔任鼓勵認養流浪動物活動代言人，李婭莎說自己很愛狗，最多曾同時養9隻狗，她以自己認養經驗說米克斯與所有狗兒一樣非常忠誠且善良，希望藉由這活動，讓更多人知道養狗不須指名純種狗，米克斯也可以是您最忠誠的伙伴。
