【李定宇╱新北報導】為協助血友病患在第一時間獲得妥善照護，雙和醫院血友病中心昨宣布推出「CARE悠遊卡」免費索取活動，該悠遊卡詳細標示血型、抗體等資訊，協助醫院救治時第一時間獲得病患相關資訊。院方表示，即日起「CARE悠遊卡」每張含儲值金一百元，病患可免費索取。

雙和醫院急診部主任馬漢平說，急診流程第一時間辨識血友病患者的身分很重要，若出血狀況嚴重須立即注射凝血因子，以免造成失血過多影響生命安全。
該院小兒血液腫瘤科醫師陳淑惠指出，血友病患者若未能獲得妥善的急救治療或止血，可能因肌肉關節腔內經常出血，嚴重影響患者生活品質。
雙和醫院表示，由於國人習慣隨身攜帶悠遊卡，因此製作「CARE悠遊卡」供病患使用，讓病患失血時即時得到急救處理，卡上明列病患血型及所需凝血因子，讓醫師能在第一時間獲得充分資訊，「CARE悠遊卡」內含儲值金一百元，即起開放兩百張供病患免費索取。
