台中勤美誠品　南山48.96億吃下

【劉曉霞／台北報導】勤美今天公告出售台中勤美誠品，以48.96億元賣給南山人壽，勤美董事長特助林靖誼說，主因接下來台中洲際酒店等大案開發，不想增加負債比，為活化資產才將台中勤美誠品出售。

台中勤美誠品佔地約1689.76坪，建物面積約2萬4099.76坪，換算下來以每坪20.35萬元出售。

林靖誼說，台中勤美誠品百貨會和南山人壽租回15年，由於年底總銷達100億元的台北碧湖案將動工，明年台中洲際酒店也將正式動工，台中綠園道開發案也將運作，不想增加負債比，所以才活化資產，手上現金將有50~60億元。
