衰賊缺錢偷電線　剛得手就遭逮

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名47歲的蔡姓男子，今天凌晨在土城青雲路上1處民宅外，用檳榔刀和扳手將被害人安置在外的冷氣管線剪斷，得手4條價值約1萬多元的冷氣機管線和電纜線後，隨後又跑到明德路一帶徘徊伺機再度作案。
 
清水派出所巡邏警員發覺蔡男三更半夜獨自走在路上相當可疑，盤查後從蔡男的背包中搜出電線和作案工具等贓、證物，蔡男才坦承因失業缺錢花用，才偷電線準備變賣，訊後警方依竊盜罪嫌將蔡男移送法辦。
