【石秀華／高雄報導】紀錄片《拔一條河》描述八八風災過後，受創嚴重的高雄甲仙，在甲仙國小拔河隊的努力下，重新帶動大人克服傷痛重新站起來的歷程；為了推動甲仙深度之旅，高市觀光局配合紀錄片上映，結合民間推出「甲仙《拔一條河》小旅行」，深度探索甲仙人文風情。
 
觀光局並和在地文史協會合作，建立「甲仙漫步」專屬旅遊網站，整合甲仙深度文史、景點物產介紹及住宿交通資訊，讓遊客在旅遊前可透過網站，瞭解甲仙遊程。
