總統指大埔案苗栗縣府決定　學者：睜眼說瞎話

【沈能元／台北報導】總統馬英九在國外受訪時，對大埔事件，回應是苗栗縣府的行政決定，已與行政院長江宜樺通電話，江會請內政部妥適處理，也特別要求行政院把這件事情處理好。對馬英九的說法，台北大學教授廖本全回應媒體詢問時，批馬英九睜眼說瞎話，連基本常識都不知道，這是台灣民主最大危機，因為總統對民主體制與憲政完全不了解。

廖本全說，大埔案最後主管機關仍是內政部，因內政部督導業務包括：區域計畫委員會、都市計畫委員會與地政司土地徵收審議小組審核農地開發，內政部要負相關責任，馬英九說法凸顯他的無知。
