【綜合報導】輕度颱風潭美將襲台，中央氣象局最快今天上午發布海上警報。而美國CNN報導指出，潭美將會帶來強風及大雨，預計周三晚間影響台灣最甚，而北部雨量將有可能達到359毫米，機場勢必關閉。

此外，日本氣象廳報告指出，潭美一度在海面上停滯不動，而中央氣象局指出潭美在清晨時移動北北西轉西北，目前速度逐漸加快，今天深夜至周四影響最大。另日本氣象廳預測，未來颱風中心將從台灣北部外海經過。
