宜蘭羅農四健會 手工釀醬油

宜蘭羅東鎮農會為四健會青少年舉辦手工釀造醬油體驗活動，從上個月開始，成員每天清晨排班輪值「培麴」、「日曝」，今天完成熟成，淬鍊裝瓶。

「電視上豆子壓一壓就變醬油，根本就騙人！」其中一名四健會成員陳琮文說，每天要5 點半爬起來攪拌，「煩死了！」可是後來看到醬甕中逐漸飄散香氣，「整個人都興奮起來了！」

今天恰好是醬油釀造滿一個月，大家滿心歡喜地將醬甕倒出過濾，蒸煮淬煉後裝瓶，完成整個釀造流程，每名成員看到瓶中裝盛的醬油，都是親手製作並且保證絕無化學添加物，大家都感動萬分！
