馬總統8月出訪巴拉圭 首度過境紐約

馬英九總統預定8月11日啟程出訪南美洲暨加勒比海友邦，外交部次長柯森耀今天表示，這次出訪是每年的例行規畫，是馬總統自2008年上任以來七度率團訪問我中美洲、非洲等邦交國深化邦誼，這次因巴拉圭將於8月15日舉行新任總統、副總統就職典禮，因此訂為「賀誼專案」。

柯森耀回應時指出，這次出訪是2008年馬總統上任以來首度過境紐約，目前確切行程和團員正在與相關單位協調和規畫之中，總統夫人周美青預訂不會隨行。
