日銀總裁支持調升消費稅

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】日本央行（Bank of Japan，日銀）總裁黑田東彥表示，上調消費稅不會損及日本經濟成長，反而有利於修復公共財政。
 
黑田東彥進一步說：「日銀購買公債是為了維持價格穩定，若投資者認為日銀購買公債的目的是為支撐政府支出，長期殖利率就可能上升，恐削減貨幣政策效果。」
