【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘枉死，《壹電視》報導，542旅旅長沈威志轉列被告。原因是洪仲丘死前，有傳簡訊給沈威志求救卻置之不理，而且送洪仲丘去禁閉室也要經由沈威志簽署文件，所以需負責任。
