標題[閒聊] 太自負的前輩

不知道大家碰到太自信的前輩怎們應對呢? 和他之間的溝通不怎們好 他總是沒耐心去聽別人在表達什們? 總是只想陳述自己的意見 結果今天早上被調離原職位,換到另一個職位 也不排斥即將要接任的職位 只是很不甘心,因為很多事都被誤會,才導致被調離 而且接下來的職位,升遷不易阿 其實,職場人心真的不可測阿 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.211.155
