由藝人劉畊宏所率領的「300壯士俱樂部」與畊宏健身團隊,即日起為今日新聞報讀者設計一連串的健身動作示範,希望各位愛美、愛瘦的你(妳)都可以自由搭配,為維持好身材,養成良好運動習慣所努力。

相信大家對張睿家的第一印象就是「陽光男孩」,但是其實他以前可是運動健將,更重要的是,他曾主演電影(盛夏光年),並拿下金馬獎最佳新演員。

然而其實張睿家也有一度暴肥的時候,還好跟著打球、健身,他慢慢找回更健美的體態,他與健身教練呂孟勳將教大家利用「壺鈴」打造手臂線條。

雙手將壺鈴慢慢舉至胸前,並與腹部垂直,前腳微往前傾。
