【短片】北海道暴雨　136次火車停駛萬人交通受阻

【綜合報導】日本北海道地區近日落下豪雨，部分地區最大雨量已經達到420公厘，嚴重影響交通，經統計，包括特快車在內，已經有136列火車被迫停駛，超過15000名乘客交通受阻。

截至今天(29日)零時，登別降雨已經達到420公厘，JR北海道公司無奈表示，降雨太過激烈，部分車次只能停駛，目前已經有部分列車恢復運行，但是因為雨勢未停，只能減速運行。
