快訊　軍人被操死　高華柱：證據到哪辦到哪沒上限

【綜合報導】洪仲丘下士枉死案引發議論，今天下午國防部長高華柱親赴總統府報告，提出國軍改革人權報告，傍晚5點由高華柱親自召開記者會說明，他指出洪案有3個方向重大疏失，包括沒有依法行政、禁閉室政策管理不當、人員急救疏失。

高華柱說已提出軍法改革人權保障、申訴制度等13項措施，成立專案小組督導國防部成立相關制度。他表示希望悲劇及延伸社會效應徹底改進，並強調不會掩飾隱瞞真相、包庇罪犯，「證據到哪裡，就辦到哪裡，沒有上限。」
