工人酒駕冒名罪加一等　嘆說：抓到算我衰小

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高雄1名池姓雜工因酒駕被通緝，上周六再因酒駕被攔下，酒測值高達1.05mg/l，池男自認與大他2歲哥哥長得像，冒用胞兄的名字應訊，警方慎重起見，到男子家查證，發現池男哥哥遠在宜蘭工作。
 
池姓雜工說，他擔心2度酒駕要被關，才會用哥哥的名字應訊，不過既然被識破，他也只能認了，當得知冒名應訊，除了被依公共危險罪嫌送辦外，還得吃上偽造文書官司，忍不住說：「抓到算我衰小（台語：意指倒楣）」。
