颱風天澎湖發生慘重空難，經過一夜煎熬，家屬在今日一早搭乘航班前往澎湖，沒想到居然就連澎湖縣長王乾發也被媒體捕捉到也在「家屬班機」之列，經
《蘋果日報》報導，消息經網友轉發，鄉民驚訝「原來澎湖縣長昨天不在澎湖」，並怒譙颱風天父母官沒在地方坐鎮「有夠扯」、「以後不用選了」！

《蘋果日報》今日報導「72名家屬飛往澎湖 王乾發也在列」，經網友轉貼在台大批踢踢八卦版引發熱議。有網友一開始不解「訝異啥？」、「為什麼王乾發不能去?」，但隨即有網友看出端倪，嗆「應該說昨天颱風天澎湖縣長不在澎湖在幹嘛??」、「來台灣度颱風假?」、「被抓到了吧」、「颱風天首長不在家還搭便車回澎湖~  憑什麼坐家屬專機」引發網友質疑。(即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
