【快訊】阻擋底特律破產無效　3訴訟遭駁回

【綜合報導】底特律申請破產，當地退休人員、勞工與退休基金擔心退休津貼遭刪減，在州法院提出三起訴訟，試圖阻擋美國史上最大城市請求破產法第九章保護的聲請案。
 
美國破產法官24日召開聽證會，駁回這三項訴訟案，表示破產案將可繼續在聯邦破產法院審理。
