洪仲丘案設專案小組? 政院無規畫

洪仲丘案凸顯軍中處罰制度的問題，司法院前院長賴英照投書聯合報，建議行政院應該立即成立專案小組。政院發言人鄭麗文晚間表示，馬英九總統已要求國防部通盤檢討，政院目前並無設院級專案小組的規畫。
