議員小叔逃稅3千萬　判刑6月定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導》新北市議員何淑峰的小叔張孟郎，為了避免父親死後留下的新北市新莊土地產生鉅額遺產稅，刻意用已經敲掉房舍，改種蔬菜、果樹的空照圖，向國稅局申請依《農業發展條例》，免徵農地遺產稅3195萬多元。高院審理後認定張以詐術逃漏稅，判刑1年，減為6個月，得易科罰金，案經最高法院駁回上訴定讞。

至於張孟郎的哥哥，議員何淑峰的丈夫張登凱雖被以共犯起訴，但因法官調查後認為，沒有證據顯示張登凱知道弟弟用假的空照圖去逃稅，因此判決張登凱無罪定讞。
