幹細胞研究突破 失明或有救

（法新社巴黎21日電） 根據研究，英國科學家成功讓失明老鼠重見光明，發展快速的視網膜療法又取得新突破。新研究刊登在「自然生物科技期刊」（NatureBiotechnology）上。

科學家將老鼠胚胎幹細胞放在培養皿中，讓胚胎幹細胞分化為未成熟的感光細胞。接著再將約20萬個培養出的感光細胞植入老鼠視網膜，其中部分感光細胞順利移植到受體上，老鼠視力也恢復。

英國醫學研究會（Medical Research Council）透過新聞稿表示，未來可能透過胚胎幹細胞取得健康感光細胞，用作視網膜移植，治療失明。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
