軍檢傳旅長沈威志　洪案爆發以來最高軍階

【綜合報導】軍檢昨天首度以關係人身分傳喚542旅少將旅長沈威志，是洪案爆發以來第22天，傳喚軍階最高的軍人；偵訊4小時後被請回，沈離去時不發一語。

軍檢傳喚沈威志調查在洪案參與程度，與把洪送禁閉室的公文流程，追查到底是誰害死洪仲丘及是否有集體凌虐行為。

據了解，沈威志出庭昨向軍檢陳述，洪仲丘送悔過公文是分層負責，他未下令或授意下屬一定要將洪送禁閉室；沈說，聽聞到洪仲丘死訊時，也十分震驚和遺憾。
