洪家律師：正對操練場監視器沒檔案　疑被刪除或故障

【石明啟／桃園報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，洪家的律師劉繼蔚表示，他勘驗過禁閉室的錄影帶，發現正對操練場的第八號監視器，七月一日下午二時至三時四時分畫面消失，而且根本沒有檔案，到底是被人為刪除或故障，要求徹查。他也表示，洪的家屬認為，洪仲丘被凌虐致死，旅長（沈威志）既然核准禁閉決定，應該負這個責任。另一律師邱顯智說，家屬日後可能對軍方提國賠，但軍方辦洪案，根本是球員兼裁判，希望全案交由桃檢偵辦，不希望全案變成尹清楓案第二。
