謊稱黨政關係良好　土地掮客買空賣空被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】台北市62歲許姓男子3年前宣稱與國民黨黨政關係良好，可幫郭姓男子在天母與大直購地，並偽造地主授權書取信郭男，藉此騙得540萬元花光。郭男枯等不到消息，寄律師函聯繫地主才知受騙並提告，新北地檢署今起訴許男偽造文書與詐欺取財罪嫌。

其中大直土地正由西華飯店興建包含國際觀光飯店、商務出租公寓、旅館式住宅與國際會議中心的複合式開發案。西華飯店劉姓董事長證稱，他不認識許男，儘管媒體已報導過開發案，仍不時有人來詢問是否要賣地，十分困擾。

另名天母地主出庭也說不認識許男，更沒授權賣地。據悉，許男最初謊稱自己的公司屬於國民黨黨營事業，將郭男騙得團團轉。
