美國6月成屋銷售意外下滑

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】全美房地產經紀人協會（NAR）公布，美國6月成屋銷售下滑1.2%，折合年率來到508萬戶，不如先前市場預估目標526萬戶，不過需求步調仍是2009年11月以來第2快，僅次於5月經下修後的年率514萬戶。
