16個孩子的爸 教會智障寄養兒讀書認字

【曾佳俊／新北報導】「沒有人要領養的小孩就給我！」今年榮獲新北市模範父親的謝立本（54歲），雖已婚育有1女，10多年前仍收養3名發展遲緩、自閉症的棄嬰，面對這些小孩丟飯菜、不講話的叛逆孤僻行為，他用耐心與寬容一一化解，如今長大成人症狀逐漸改善，行有餘力時更加入寄養家庭服務，迄今12名兒少曾受其照顧開導，如此無私的大愛令人敬佩，也獲新北市模範父親榮耀肯定。
